01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the SG777 platform — whether through the website at sg777.bz, the mobile app or any other interface provided by SG777 — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. This agreement takes effect from the moment you register an account or use any part of the platform, whichever comes first.

These terms apply to all services offered by SG777, including but not limited to Sports Betting, Casino games, Live Casino, Slot Games and the VIP programme. Additional terms may apply to specific promotions or products and will be communicated clearly at the point of participation.

02 Account Registration

03 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on SG777 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). SG777 currently supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfers via standard banking channels, and debit or credit cards where available. The list of supported payment methods is subject to change and may vary depending on your account status.

• Withdrawals require your account to be fully verified.

04 Bonuses and Promotions

All bets placed on SG777 are subject to the specific rules for the relevant sport, market or game type. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand the applicable rules and accept the outcome as final once the event has been settled.

Sports Betting: SG777 offers betting markets on Cricket — including PSL matches, T20 internationals, bilateral series and domestic tournaments — as well as Football, Esports and other sports. Bet settlement follows standard industry rules for each sport. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, the decision of SG777 is final after review.

Live Betting: In-play or live bets are accepted subject to availability. SG777 reserves the right to suspend in-play betting markets at any time without notice, including during a game or match. Bets that are placed and accepted before a market is suspended remain valid. Bets placed after a material event in a match — such as a wicket, goal or other decisive moment — may be voided if the odds had not yet been updated to reflect that event at the time the bet was placed.

Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and are displayed within the bet slip at the time of placement. SG777 reserves the right to apply individual account stake limits based on betting patterns or risk assessment.

• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled by the player.
• SG777 reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was opened or priced in error.
• Winnings from voided bets will be returned as the original stake amount.
• Accumulator bets follow standard rules — if one selection is voided, the remaining selections stand.

06 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on SG777 and may result in immediate account suspension, voiding of bets and forfeiture of balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial means to interact with the platform or place bets.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or match outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or errors to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings arising from known errors must be reported and will be voided.
• Opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once.
• Providing false identity information or using another person's identity documents.
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering or fraudulent transactions.
• Sharing account credentials with any other person, whether for financial gain or otherwise.
• Placing bets on events where you have inside knowledge that is not publicly available.

07 Account Suspension and Closure

SG777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision within these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or other criminal conduct.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months without prior communication.
• A player's own request for account closure, including self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming policy.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, any remaining bonus funds will be forfeited. Real-money funds that are not subject to an active investigation or dispute will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, less any applicable fees.
